This breakthrough innovation marks a significant milestone in pharmaceutical machinery, delivering exceptional precision, sterility, and automation for advanced syringe filling applications. This highly specialized system sets a new benchmark in technology, reliability, and operational excellence.

Revolutionizing Pre-Filled Syringe Automation

The Dual-Chamber Pre-Filled Syringe Filling Machine is engineered to meet the rising demand for advanced drug delivery systems. With its dual-chamber technology, pharmaceutical manufacturers can efficiently fill both lyophilized products and liquid solutions within a single syringe—ensuring superior convenience, dosing accuracy, and enhanced patient safety.

Why This New Launch Matters

We continue to lead the pharmaceutical automation sector with cutting-edge solutions designed for injectable manufacturing. This latest innovation supports the industry’s shift toward high-quality, contamination-free, ready-to-use drug delivery systems.

Applications :

  • Biopharmaceutical formulations
  • Vaccines
  • Oncology products
  • Lyophilized + liquid drug combinations
  • High-value sterile injectables

Process Overview of Dual Chamber Pre-Filled Syringe Filling Machine

Tub Placement & De-Bagging

• The PFS Tub, along with its secondary bag, is placed on the designated platform.
• The operator manually removes the secondary bag and discards it in the waste bin.
• After de-bagging, the tub is placed onto the roller conveyor for transfer to the next station.

Transfer to Tyvek Removal Station

• A physical partition separates the de-bagging area from the Tyvek Removal station.
• The infeed conveyor transports the PFS Tub to the Tyvek Removal station.
• A mechanical stopper positions the tub precisely at the Tyvek Removal point.
• The PFS Tub Holder secures the tub firmly from the bottom for stable processing.

Tyvek Seal & Lid Removal

• A mechanical arm equipped with a gripper peels and removes the Tyvek Seal, discarding it into the waste bin.
• The same arm removes the Tyvek Lid using a vacuum-based pickup head and disposes of it in the waste bin.
• Once both layers are removed, the Tub Holder releases the tub, allowing it to move to the Nest Transfer Station.

First Filling & Stoppering Cycle

• At the first filling station, the Tub Holder secures the tub from the bottom.
• A pick-and-place robot with a vacuum gripper lifts the PFS Nest from the tub and places it on the Filling & Stoppering Table.
• The table indexes to the Filling & Stoppering station, where filling and stoppering for the first chamber are performed.
• After completion, the table returns to the home position.
• The robot picks the nest again and places it back into the PFS Tub.
• The tub is transferred automatically to the second filling station.

Second Filling & Stoppering Cycle

• At the second station, the Tub Holder again secures the tub firmly from the bottom.
• A pick-and-place arm lifts the PFS Nest and transfers it to the Filling & Stoppering Table.
• The table moves to the station, where filling and stoppering for the second chamber are performed.
• Upon completion, the table returns to home position. • The robot lifts the nest and places it back into the PFS Tub.

Outfeed & Collection

• The fully filled and stoppered PFS Tub is conveyed to the Outfeed Roller Conveyor.
• The tub exits the machine and is collected by the operator for further downstream processing.
